About this Blog

This blog is an outreach of Nightlight Christian Adoptions. You may notice that the blog’s URL is www.carolinahopeadoption.org/blog/; that’s because it was started by Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency. In April 2009, Carolina Hope merged with Nightlight Christian Adoptions, becoming Nightlight’s South Carolina office. You’ll notice that posts prior to the merger still make reference to Carolina Hope; we have made no attempt to change that content.

The purpose of this blog is to provide helpful information about adoption, share stories of families whose lives have been touched by adoption, and encourage Christians to think about adoption in terms of what God has done for them in salvation. Many of the early posts here were interviews with theologians about just these topics.

We also hope that, if you’re interested in adoption, you’ll consider Nightlight’s adoption services, which include domestic adoptions, international adoptions, embryo adoptions, and adoption homestudies in Southern California and South Carolina.
