We are working with a young African American woman who is in the process of relocating to SC, and she would like to place her baby for adoption. Her due date is in June, and she is not sure the sex of the baby she is having.

She’s 19 and already has one child (who is under a year old). She prefers an African American family but is open to Caucasian as well. Because the young woman is moving into an apartment in South Carolina (she is currently homeless), the expenses for this adoption will be higher than for some domestic adoptions.
