If you’ve been frustrated in the past that our blog’s sidebar menu (on the right) disappears sometimes, the problem is fixed. (But if it’s not fixed for you, please let me know: webmaster (at-sign) CarolinaHopeAdoption (dot) org.) In the past, this problem has potentially affected the 15% of our readers who come to the blog using Internet Explorer 6. I think it’s only been a problem on the front page.

(Incidentally, the problem wasn’t actually with the blog, but with Microsoft’s old browser, Internet Explorer 6. If you’re still browsing the Internet with Internet Explorer 6, I highly recommend upgrading to IE 7 or switching to Firefox. Both browsers are far more secure, and they make pages on the Internet look the way they’re supposed to!)
