		<description>&lt;p&gt;Amen - what&#039;s the question here?  To simply care for the orphans physical needs and not work towards their adoption into Christian homes and God&#039;s eternal family is similar to teaching them to fish vs feeding them a meal.  One takes care of today&#039;s needs the other takes care of tommorow&#039;s and the rest of their life.&lt;/p&gt;
