Our blog turns 100,000 – and gets a facelift

A few days ago, our sitemeter (down at the very bottom of the page in the small text) passed the 100,000 pageviews mark.

In the last 16 months or so, we’ve published nearly 300 posts, many of them reflections on the theology of adoption or interviews with theologians and others about adoption.

The blog was first envisioned by Dan Cruver (now with Together for Adoption, which he co-founded) — and it was Dan who set the tone for blog’s content.

We have also greatly appreciated the posts by Dorothy Bode, an adoptive mother in Minnesota. (If you want a dose of reality about the life of a large adoptive family, read some of Dorothy’s posts!)

And though it doesn’t matter as much as the content, we’ve re-designed the blog so that it’s better-integrated with our Domestic Adoption and International Adoption sites.

(Here’s a link to what the old design looked like.)

Thank you to all our readers — and especially to those who occasionally interact with us using the comments.
