At this adoption workshop, Carolina Hope Christian Adoption Agency and the Law Office of Raymond W. Godwin will present basic information about international and domestic adoptions. Topics will include understanding the advantages of different adoption programs, preparing for the adoption home study, and educating yourself about adoption.

Carolina Hope plans to conduct a workshop like the one described above every month on the first Tuesday of the month, from 7-9pm.

Topics will include embryo adoption, domestic adoption, and international adoption, as well as North Carolina adoption homestudies. Pre-adoption education course meets Hague standards. Topics includes the core issues of international adoption, Post Institutional Effects (PIE), expectations and transition, children in orphanages and foster care, medical considerations, post-adoption support, resources, and more. 2.5 Credit Hours and certificates are available for families and certified investigators.
